Annual Maintenance Program

Ongoing care for outdoor lighting that stays beautiful and works as expected—year after year.

Every new lighting system installed by Light Your Nights includes one year of complimentary maintenance through our Annual Maintenance Program. It's a simple, no-hassle way to protect your investment and keep your system in top condition.

What’s Included

You’ll receive two service visits each year:

  • Spring Maintenance Visit
A full seasonal check-up and tune-up to get your system ready for peak season.

  • One On-Demand Service Call
Use this visit anytime during the year for adjustments, troubleshooting, or quick repairs.

During each visit, we’ll:

  • Inspect, clean, and re-aim all fixtures

  • Trim back any plant material blocking fixtures

  • Check all wiring, transformers, and connections

  • Re-bury exposed wires

  • Replace failed LED bulbs covered under warranty (free of charge)

Additional Benefits

  • 10% Discount on All Labor
Whether it’s a warranty or non-warranty repair, a fixture replacement, or an upgrade—members receive 10% off all labor costs.

  • Priority Scheduling
Maintenance clients receive faster service scheduling, especially during high-demand times or before events.

  • Discounts on System Upgrades
Thinking of expanding your system? Add new fixtures or lighting zones with 10% off labor.

After the First Year

The first year is included at no cost for new LYN installations. We’ll send a renewal invoice before the year ends—no forms or contracts required.

  • Want to renew? Just pay the invoice.

  • Prefer not to? No problem. You’ll still have access to service at our standard rates.

Already Have Lighting? You’re Still Welcome.

If your lighting system was installed by another company, we can still enroll you in the program. We’ll first schedule a one-time inspection to review the condition of your system.

If repairs or updates are needed, we’ll provide recommendations before moving forward. While manufacturer warranties on non-LYN equipment remain your responsibility, you’ll still receive full maintenance and discounted labor once enrolled.
